From local meetups and trainings to conferences and company-wide integration trips, we like to mix learning with fun. It’s where colleagues become friends, and teamwork continues long after the workday ends.We work closely with colleagues from Germany and Portugal, sharing knowledge and supporting each other across projects. Portugal

At our Portugal hub, consulting mindset meets hands-on execution. We work on international projects where ideas quickly turn into working digital products.

Every year, we dedicate 400+ hours to training and certifications, making sure we stay on top of what’s new in tech. Working here means being part of a team that learns together, supports each other, and is proud to build solutions used around the world.

Our Portugal team knows that great collaboration doesn’t stop when projects end. After hours, you’ll find us sharing meals, exploring Lisbon’s streets, cheering at football games, or simply enjoying a drink together by the ocean.

What makes the difference is the atmosphere — supportive, warm, and open. We celebrate wins, welcome new colleagues with genuine curiosity, and make space for laughter and friendship.
