His areas of focus include digital product development, customer journey development, sales and the application of AI in digital workflows. Prior to joining DevelopX, Armin was CEO of CHECK24 Versicherungsservice and had management roles at the top strategy consulting firms Bain & Company and Boston Consulting Group. He holds a diploma and a doctoral degree in Business Administration and a Master of Business Research from LMU Munich.

Before joining DevelopX, Chris was Commercial Lead at freiheit.com and worked as a consultant at firms including Roland Berger and McKinsey & Company. As the CEO & Founder of a mobile fitness app, he brings hands-on entrepreneurial experience. He holds a degree in physics from the Technical University of Munich, which he completed one semester ahead of schedule.

He has held leadership roles including Chief Delivery Officer at Neurons Lab, Acting Delivery Director at SoftServe, and Head of Managed Services at Clouds On Mars and SoftwareOne. He also founded his own IT services company, which was later successfully acquired. Jan holds an Executive MBA from Kozminski University and a Software Engineering degree from the Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology.

Karol holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the Białystok University of Technology and a postgraduate degree in IT management from the Warsaw University of Technology.
