Red Bull Mobile Collect
Red Bull partnered with us to design and deliver a loyalty application that engages users through “Energy Points.” Customers earn points by entering codes, joining events, or engaging with the brand online, and redeem them for rewards such as tickets, gadgets, and exclusive experiences.
The Challenge
Red Bull Mobile wanted a digital solution that could strengthen customer loyalty and reflect the brand’s energetic identity. The aim was to create something interactive, user-friendly, and scalable.
The challenge was to design a system that not only rewarded user activity but also integrated across channels, appealed to a young, digitally savvy audience, and created measurable value for both customers and the brand.
Our Solution
Together with Red Bull Mobile, we designed and developed a native mobile app for iOS and Android. The app was created with strong user orientation and usability in mind, ensuring customers would stay engaged.
Client Background
Red Bull Mobile is a mobile virtual network operator (MVNO) active in several European markets, including Austria and Poland. The brand combines mobile services with the Red Bull lifestyle, targeting a young, digital-first customer base.
To differentiate in a competitive telecom market, Red Bull Mobile focuses on customer experience and brand engagement. The MOBILE Collect app was a key step in building long-term loyalty and delivering more value to its community.
