Santander Turbo Certificate Platform
Santander wanted to help investors in Poland navigate high-risk structured products with more confidence. We built a digital platform that lets users learn about, analyse, and invest in Turbo Certificates within a single, seamless flow.
The Challenge
Santander wanted to increase conversion from product education to trading within its Turbo investment platform. But users lacked a clear path from learning to taking action.
The second barrier was clarity. Turbo products are complex by nature, and many investors found them hard to understand. To build trust and encourage use, the platform needed to explain value and risk in a way that was accessible and practical.
Our Solution
Santander needed a way to turn financial education into product adoption. The goal was to help investors understand leveraged products well enough to take the next step. We focused on four areas: simplicity, accessibility, guidance, and integration.
Client Background
Santander Bank Polska is part of one of the world’s largest banking groups, Banco Santander, which has over 172 million customers across Europe and the Americas, total assets of around €1.84 trillion, and more than 200,000 employees.
As a leader in retail banking, Santander needed a way to guide users through complex investment products. The platform had to support education, compliance, and customer conversion for high-risk structured products listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
