The Challenge
USA Auto Online offers customers in Poland access to over 140,000 U.S. car auctions each day, working with more than 170 auction houses and providing full import services.
As the business expanded, the legacy platform began to limit growth. Auction updates could take up to two hours, filtered searches were slow, and even basic content changes required developer support. Keeping the old system running also meant higher costs. Most importantly, the platform couldn’t support plans to expand services. Without faster performance, easier content updates, and a more scalable setup, it was becoming a barrier to future growth.
